A traditional India Pale Ale. A style originally brewed before refrigeration and pasteurization using large amounts of hops (a natural preservative) which could be shipped in the holds of ships to British Army garrisons around the Empire. It is a very complex beer, balancing malt, alcohol and citric hops wonderfully.
