A pale German-style lager that sits in the Goldilocks zone between Helles and Pils. Mashed with Weyermann Pils and Munich malts with water of high-sulfate minerality. Featuring German Spalt Select hops in the late kettle and whirlpool. Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered in horizontal tanks until fully conditioned. Break into freshly baked rolls of homemade brötchen with fresh herbs.
