A rich and flavorful modern interpretation of a hoppy German Pils. Mashed with a blend of Weyermann Pils and Admiral Maltings Pils malt. Kettle hopped generously with German Saphir. Natural carbonation and a hint of struck sulfur captured by spunding, and lagered in horizontal tanks until peak freshness was achieved. Cozy up for Elevenses with sleeves of crispy English biscuits and a cuppa bergamot tea.
