A healthy dose of rye sets the tone in this seasonal saison, whose earthy spice is layered with flavors of ginger, pepper, burnt caramel, and walnut. A clean, spicy bitterness rounds out the finish. This was the first saison we ever brewed, and we are always ready to cozy up to fall with this beer in hand!
