Citrus is our Hazy IPA loaded with citrusy hop flavors and aromas. The malt bill consists of Maris Otter, Arizona White Wheat, Rolled Oats and CaraPils. We add Cascade hops for finishing at the end of the boil and then generously dry hop with pounds and pounds of Citra hops during fermentation. This Hazy pours a cloudy orange yellow with a white fluffy head that leaves a perfect lacing in your glass.
