The grandad of SC beers, and frankly- one of the finest examples of a modern pilsner out there. Crisp and clean, but with an American heft, it's still a real beer. Spicy and lemony with a hidden subtle kick of papaya thanks to some New Zealand buds hidden in the middle. Long finish with a touch of bitterness to keep it clean.
