The Shakedown Series is our napkin sketch of a beer recipe that may become a regular offering, may be revised and rebrewed, or it may just fade away into company folklore. This Shakedown is a West Coast IPA, dry hopped with Citra, El Dorado, and BRU-1 hops. It has a strong aroma and sweet citrus start that finishes with the classic piney bite of a West Coast IPA.
