The Cream Ale is an American beer style from the 1800's brewed to compete with European Lagers but this ale was brewed with Tangier hops one of the latest hops out of Segal Ranches in the Yakima Valley. A melding of new and old combines to create a clean easy drinking beer with soft floral notes of orange blossom.
