Our take on a juicy IPA features a heavy handed addition of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Amarillo hops supported by a simple background dryness imparted by a traditional Norwegian Farmhouse yeast strain. Mango, papaya and passionfruit mingle with tangerine and just a hint of pine to complete this pungent, complex hop profile.
